3.1 Pricing & Payment: Fees for content and services are outlined in our pricing agreement. Payments must be made in full before content delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed content delivery or suspension of services.

3.3 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once content has been delivered, except in cases of non-compliance with agreed terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All content created by Thinkin Cap Content Pvt. Ltd. remains our intellectual property, and clients receive usage rights only as per their licensing agreement.

4.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our content.

5.2 While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content will be free of errors. Clients are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate licensing agreements if clients violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licensed rights will be revoked.

7. Governing Law
